| Funding from the George Sugarman foundation facilitated the completion of a series of 15 oil paintings that explore the complexities and ambiguities of human relationships. My paintings are done in a narrative realist style that draws thematic inspiration from Greek myths and biblical texts, and incorporates film noir imagery and classical art allusions. |
